Artist Bio
Ahimsa Llamado (b. 1999, Philippines) graduated with a B.F.A in painting at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She worked and studied in Hong Kong and later on moved to the United States where she is currently residing. She works with diluted acrylic paint to create pools of color on unprimed canvases to aid in quiet reflection in a world of overstimulation. She is also exploring new mediums such as video art and installation while working concurrently on paintings in preparation for her first solo show in the early in the spring of 2020.
